#### What Makes .molt Domains Special

The `.molt` domain isn't just a name — it's a transferable, value-accruing digital asset:

* **No private key exposure** — The domain wallet uses an asset signer with no private keys. Zero risk of key leaks.
* **Owner co-signs everything** — Every transaction the domain wallet performs requires the owner's signature. Full control at all times (with optional auto-sign for convenience).
* **Immutable wallet address** — The domain wallet is permanent. Once created, it can never be changed.

# Quickstart

This guide walks you through minting a `.molt` domain, accessing your AI agent, and configuring your first channel — all from your browser.

### Prerequisites

* A Solana wallet — [Phantom](https://phantom.app/) or [Solflare](https://solflare.com/)
* \~0.5 SOL in your wallet (0.4 SOL mint fee + network fees)
* That's it. No servers, no CLI, no infrastructure.

### Step 1: Connect Your Wallet

1. Go to [app.molt.id](https://app.molt.id)
2. Click **Connect Wallet** in the top-right corner
3. Select Phantom or Solflare and approve the connection

You're now signed in. Your wallet is your account.

### Step 2: Choose Your Domain Name

On the home page, you'll see the domain mint input field.

1. Type your desired name (e.g., `myagent`)
2. The app checks availability on-chain in real time — look for the green checkmark
3. If it's taken, try another name

**Naming rules:** lowercase letters (a–z), numbers (0–9), hyphens, and underscores. Between 1 and 32 characters.

### Step 3: Mint Your .molt Domain

1. Review the mint fee displayed (0.4 SOL + network fees)
2. Click **Mint \[name].molt**
3. Approve the transaction in your wallet
4. Sign the message to provision your AI agent

Once confirmed, you'll see a success screen with three options:

* **View on Solana Explorer** — see your transaction on-chain
* **Download domain wallet private key** — save this immediately (it cannot be recovered later)
* **Open your AI agent** — launch your OpenClaw instance

### Step 4: Open Your AI Agent

Click **Open AI Agent** from the success screen, or find it later under **My Domains**.

Your agent is a full OpenClaw instance powered by Cloudflare Moltworker. It comes with:

* Persistent memory and conversations (stored on R2, tied to your NFT)
* Configurable skills and personality (skills.md, soul.md)
* Its own domain wallet for on-chain transactions

The agent runs on-demand — when you're using it, it's live. When it's idle, it costs nothing.

### Step 5: Connect a Chat Channel

Your agent can live on Telegram, Discord, or Slack. Set this up from the domain management panel.

1. Go to **My Domains** and click on your domain
2. Scroll to **Channel Settings**
3. Enter your bot token for your preferred platform:
   * **Telegram** — get a token from [@BotFather](https://t.me/BotFather)
   * **Discord** — create a bot in the [Discord Developer Portal](https://discord.com/developers/applications)
   * **Slack** — set up a bot via [Slack API](https://api.slack.com/apps)
4. Configure DM policies if needed
5. Click **Save** and then **Restart Agent** to apply

Your `.molt` agent is now live in your chat platform of choice.

A few things you can do from the **My Domains** page:

* **View balances** — Check SOL and token balances in your agent wallet

* **Transfer your domain** — Send the NFT to another wallet via the Transfer page (irreversible)
* **Bulk mint** — Register multiple domains in one session via the Bulk Mint page

### Troubleshooting

**My domain doesn't show up in Phantom.** Metaplex Core NFTs may not be visible in all wallets yet. Use [orbmarkets.io](https://orbmarkets.io/) or import your domain into [Backpack wallet](https://backpack.app/) where it will display correctly.

**I lost my domain wallet private key.** Unfortunately this cannot be recovered. The key is only shown once at mint time you need to regenerate wallet again. Your domain wallet (the asset signer) still functions — it has no private key and is controlled by your owner signature.

**My agent isn't responding after changing channel settings.** Make sure you clicked both **Save** and **Restart Agent**. The agent needs a restart to pick up new configuration.

**Transaction failed during minting.** Ensure you have enough SOL (at least 0.5 SOL to cover the 0.4 SOL fee plus network costs). If the network is congested, wait a moment and try again.

# AI Agent Tokens

## How to Deploy an AI Token

A quick guide to launching a bonding curve token tied to your `.molt` domain agent on Solana mainnet.

### What you get

Every `.molt` domain can back exactly one AI Token (Per each Bonding Program) — a bonding curve token launched through Metaplex Genesis whose creator fees flow to your Agent PDA. Holders trade the token on Metaplex; your agent earns **0.6%** of every buy and sell as wSOL in its own wallet.

* **Bonding curve**: constant-product AMM. Price rises as people buy, falls as they sell.
* **Fee wallet**: your Agent PDA (the Core Asset Signer derived from your `.molt` NFT).
* **Graduation**: when the curve sells out, liquidity migrates to Raydium automatically.
* **Post-graduation**: fees continue from Raydium LP trading.

### Prerequisites

Before you can launch, make sure you have:

1. A **Solana wallet** with at least **0.05 SOL** on mainnet (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack).
2. At least one **`.molt` domain** minted to that wallet. You can buy one at `app.molt.id`.
3. An **agent identity registered** on that domain (see next section).

### Step 1 — Register the agent identity

Bonding curve launches require an on-chain `AgentIdentity` account tied to your domain's NFT. Only the molt.id collection authority can create these, but you request one from the UI:

1. Open **My Domains** from the top navigation.
2. Expand the domain you want to launch a token for.
3. Scroll to the **Metaplex Agent Registry** section.

Required fields:

### Step 4 — Launch

Click **Launch Token**. The UI walks through several steps, asking your wallet to sign along the way:

1. **Check agent identity** — verifies the domain is registered.
2. **Upload token image** — if you picked a custom image, it's uploaded to Irys.
3. **Create bonding curve** — the server builds three Genesis transactions (init, bucket, finalize).
4. **Sign transactions** — your wallet prompts you to sign all three at once.
5. **Send and confirm** — each transaction is sent in order; the UI polls for confirmation.
6. **Register on Metaplex** — the launch is recorded on `metaplex.com` so it's searchable.
7. **Set up token agent** — a dedicated Multiclaw container is provisioned for the new token's AI agent.

The whole flow takes about **30–60 seconds** depending on network conditions. You'll see toast notifications at each step.

### Step 5 — Success

On success you'll see the launch result card with:

* **Mint address** of the new token
* **Trade on Metaplex** button (links directly to the live bonding curve)
* Confirmation that the token agent container is running

The token is now live. Anyone can trade it through Metaplex immediately.

### The Agent Token Dashboard

Once a token is launched, revisit the AI Tokens page to see the live dashboard:

#### Claiming creator fees

Every trade on your bonding curve accrues **0.6% creator fees** in wSOL. When the claimable amount is greater than zero, a green **Claim X SOL** button appears under the Creator Fees section.

Click it. The server signs a permissionless `claimBondingCurveCreatorFeeV2` instruction and the fees settle to your Agent PDA's wSOL account within a few seconds. No wallet signature required — the instruction is permissionless, so the server can sign it for you.

After a successful claim:

* `creatorFeeClaimed` increases by the claimed amount.
* The **wSOL** row under **Agent PDA Treasury** grows by the same amount.
* The claim button disappears until more fees accrue.

### The token's AI agent

Every token launch provisions a dedicated AI agent container on Multiclaw. This agent:

* Knows its own token mint, PDA, and curve state.
* Can read live curve data by calling `/api/token-curve/:mint`.
* Has the full **Metaplex skill** pre-installed (Genesis, Agent Registry, Core NFTs).
* Can answer trading, fee, and graduation questions about its own token.

Click **Open Agent Chat** on the dashboard to start a conversation. The first message wakes up the container; subsequent messages hit an already-running process.

Example questions the agent can answer:

* "How much SOL have you raised?"
* "What's your current fill percentage?"
* "How much in creator fees do you have unclaimed?"
* "What's your wallet address?"
* "How do I buy your token?"

### Troubleshooting

**"This domain does not have an agent identity registered yet"** → You skipped Step 1. Go to My Domains → Metaplex Agent Registry and register first.

**"Upload a token image (or use this domain's NFT image)"** → Your domain has no NFT image metadata and you didn't upload a custom one. Upload one before launching.

**Wallet rejects transaction with "insufficient funds"** → You need roughly 0.05 SOL in the connected wallet to cover rent + fees.

**Launch succeeds but "Registering on Metaplex" fails** → Non-fatal. The token is already live on-chain and tradable. The Metaplex listing link may be missing — you can still trade by searching the mint address directly on `metaplex.com`.

**Claim button doesn't appear even though the curve has trading activity** → Refresh the page to re-read curve state. The dashboard caches the last fetch.

**Agent chat loads but says "I don't know my token"** → The container restored a stale snapshot. Open the dashboard, click the agent button again — the container will reboot and reinstall the token skill.

# AI wallet

### Every .molt domain has a built-in on-chain wallet — no private keys, full owner control.

## Agent Wallet

Every `.molt` domain has a built-in **Asset Signer wallet** — a deterministic on-chain wallet derived directly from your domain NFT. This is your agent's financial identity on Solana.

Unlike a normal wallet, the Asset Signer has **no private keys**. It can't be leaked, stolen, or compromised. The only way to authorize transactions is with the NFT owner's signature.

### How It Works

The Agent Wallet is a **Program Derived Address (PDA)** generated from your domain's NFT asset address:

The agent can never act alone. Every ExecuteV1 operation requires your signature.

#### Fund Wallet

Send SOL from your connected wallet to the agent's PDA.

* Does **not** use ExecuteV1 — this is a standard Solana transfer
* Anyone can fund an agent wallet (it's a normal transfer to a public address)
* Use this to load your agent with SOL for transaction fees, rent, or holding value

#### Transfer SOL

Send SOL from the agent's PDA to any Solana wallet.

* **Requires ExecuteV1** — your owner signature authorizes the transfer
* The agent PDA signs via CPI; you authorize
* Use this to withdraw funds, pay other wallets, or move SOL out

### Cleanup Operations

#### Close Token Accounts

Close empty (zero-balance) Associated Token Accounts owned by the agent PDA, reclaiming rent (\~0.002 SOL per account).

* **Requires ExecuteV1** — owner signature needed
* Only empty accounts can be closed
* Reclaimed SOL returns to the agent's PDA
* Use this to clean up after token transfers or recover rent from unused accounts

### Freeze Execute

The Metaplex Core **FreezeExecute** plugin can be activated on any `.molt` domain. When frozen:

* All ExecuteV1 operations are **blocked** — no transfers, mints, burns, or account closures
* Funding the wallet still works (it's a standard transfer, not ExecuteV1)
* A warning banner appears in the UI when freeze is detected

This is useful as a safety mechanism — freeze your agent's wallet if you suspect unauthorized activity, then unfreeze when resolved.

# AI Agent Tokens

## How to Deploy an AI Token

A quick guide to launching a bonding curve token tied to your `.molt` domain agent on Solana mainnet.

### What you get

Every `.molt` domain can back exactly one AI Token (Per each Bonding Program) — a bonding curve token launched through Metaplex Genesis whose creator fees flow to your Agent PDA. Holders trade the token on Metaplex; your agent earns **0.6%** of every buy and sell as wSOL in its own wallet.

* **Bonding curve**: constant-product AMM. Price rises as people buy, falls as they sell.
* **Fee wallet**: your Agent PDA (the Core Asset Signer derived from your `.molt` NFT).
* **Graduation**: when the curve sells out, liquidity migrates to Raydium automatically.
* **Post-graduation**: fees continue from Raydium LP trading.

### Prerequisites

Before you can launch, make sure you have:

1. A **Solana wallet** with at least **0.05 SOL** on mainnet (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack).
2. At least one **`.molt` domain** minted to that wallet. You can buy one at `app.molt.id`.
3. An **agent identity registered** on that domain (see next section).

# AI Tokens

### Create, mint, transfer, burn SPL tokens and launch tokens via Genesis Protocol — all from your agent wallet.

## Tokens

Your agent wallet can create and fully manage SPL tokens on Solana. The agent PDA becomes the mint authority, meaning the token is permanently tied to your `.molt` domain — and transfers with it if you sell.

All token operations use **ExecuteV1** (except where noted), requiring your owner signature.

### Create Token

Create a brand new SPL token where the agent PDA is both the **mint authority** and **freeze authority**.

* You pay rent for the mint account (\~0.0014 SOL)
* An Associated Token Account (ATA) is automatically created for the agent
* The agent becomes the sole authority over this token

**Optional on-chain metadata:** Provide a Name, Symbol, and Metadata URI to attach Metaplex Token Metadata (CreateMetadataAccountV3) to the mint. The agent PDA becomes the update authority. If no name is provided, a raw mint is created without metadata.

* Uses ExecuteV1 when metadata is attached (agent PDA signs as mint authority via CPI)

**Use cases:** launch a project token, create a utility token, issue membership tokens.

**Use cases:** distribute tokens, send payments, move assets.

Launching a token executes 4–5 sequential transactions. You'll approve each one in your wallet:

2. **Add Unlocked Bucket** — Treasury bucket that receives raised SOL
3. **Add Inflow Bucket** — Launch Pool or Presale bucket where users deposit SOL
4. **Set Behaviors** — Configures end-of-deposit routing (100% of SOL to treasury)

## Programs

Your agent wallet can manage **Solana programs** (smart contracts) where the agent PDA controls the upgrade authority. This lets your `.molt` domain act as a decentralized program manager — deploying upgrades, transferring authority, and closing programs on-chain.

Programs must be deployed externally first (via Solana CLI). Once deployed, you transfer the upgrade authority to your agent PDA and manage everything from the Molt.id UI.

Users authenticate by proving ownership of a `.molt` domain NFT (Metaplex Core asset). The NFT contains on-chain attributes that map to a Molt.id Multiclaw Service user identity.

4. The message is proxied to OpenClaw inside the container
5. OpenClaw processes the message and replies via the Telegram API

OpenClaw automatically registers its webhook with Telegram on startup. The webhook secret is deterministic, so it survives container restarts.

All user authentication is based on proving ownership of a `.molt` domain NFT on Solana. See the Authentication Flow for the full process.

Key properties:

* **Challenge-response** — Server issues a random nonce, user signs with their wallet. Nonce expires after 5 minutes (anti-replay).
* **On-chain verification** — The server fetches the NFT data from Solana RPC and confirms the signing wallet is the current owner.
* **JWT sessions** — After verification, a 7-day JWT is issued and stored as an HttpOnly cookie.
* **User isolation** — The JWT's subject must match the container being accessed. Users can only reach their own agent.

The security model is anchored to NFT ownership on Solana:

* **Only the current NFT owner** can authenticate and access the agent
* If the NFT is transferred or sold, the **new owner** gains access and the previous owner loses it immediately
* There are no passwords or usernames — your Solana wallet and NFT are your credentials
* Agent wallet operations require the NFT owner's signature via Metaplex Core ExecuteV1 (see Agent Wallet)

* **Save your domain wallet private key** at mint time — it's shown once and cannot be recovered

### Current Revenue Model

Molt.id currently generates revenue from two sources:

**Domain Mints** — Each `.molt` domain costs **0.4 SOL** to mint. This is a one-time fee. There are no recurring charges, no subscriptions, and no hidden costs.

**Marketplace Royalties** — All `.molt` domain NFTs have a **10% royalty** on secondary marketplace sales (Tensor Trade, Magic Eden, etc.). When a domain changes hands, 10% of the sale price is returned to the protocol.

#### Ads in LLM Output (Free Tier)

To sustain free-tier LLM costs long-term, we plan to introduce **lightweight ads in LLM responses** for users on the free tier. This is not active yet — it will be implemented as the user base scales and LLM costs grow.

Users who add their own LLM API keys or upgrade to a premium tier will not see ads.

#### $MOLTID Token

As the platform matures and operating costs increase, we plan to issue a **$MOLTID token** to:

* **Sustain platform expenses** — Fund infrastructure, LLM costs, development, and operations
* **Revenue share to holders** — A portion of platform revenue distributed to token holders

The token has **not been issued yet**. There is no contract address (CA) at this time. If you see anyone promoting a $MOLTID token before an official announcement, it is a scam.

#### Premium Tiers

We plan to introduce premium subscription options for `.molt` domains, estimated at **$10–30/month**, which would include:

* Higher CPU allocation and priority container scheduling
* Dedicated support
* Additional x402 features and capabilities
* Extended AI wallet functionality
* No ads in LLM output

Molt.id is designed to be capital-efficient from day one:

* **Cloudflare containers sleep when idle** — We only pay for compute when agents are actively being used. No idle server costs.
* **R2 storage has no ingress fees** — Reading data costs nothing, keeping snapshot restores cheap.
* **One-time mint fees fund initial infrastructure** — No need for recurring user payments to keep the lights on during early growth.
* **Royalties create ongoing revenue** — As the ecosystem grows and domains trade on secondary markets, royalties provide a sustainable revenue stream without charging active users.

### Terms and Conditions governing the use of Molt.id and all associated services.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Molt.id ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using any part of the Platform — including minting a `.molt` domain, using the AI agent service, operating the agent wallet, or interacting with any Molt.id feature — you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

### 1. Eligibility

1.1. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.

1.2. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

1.3. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform, including any cryptocurrency transactions, token launches, or AI agent operations, complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. The legality of cryptocurrency, NFTs, and AI services varies by region.

1.4. The Platform is not available to persons or entities subject to sanctions or located in jurisdictions where the use of blockchain-based services, cryptocurrency, or AI agents is prohibited.

### 2. Account and Wallet Authentication

2.1. Access to the Platform is authenticated via Solana wallet ownership. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and any associated credentials.

2.2. We do not store, manage, or have access to your wallet private keys or seed phrases. If you lose access to your wallet, we cannot recover your account, domains, or assets.

2.3. Ownership of a `.molt` domain NFT grants access to the associated AI agent instance and agent wallet. If you transfer or sell the NFT, you immediately lose access to all associated services, and the new NFT owner gains full access.

2.4. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your wallet and `.molt` domain, whether or not authorized by you.

### 3. .molt Domain NFTs

3.1. Each `.molt` domain is minted as a Metaplex Core NFT on the Solana blockchain. The minting fee is **0.4 SOL** per domain, payable at the time of minting. This is a one-time, non-refundable fee.

3.2. Domain names are registered on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific domain name.

3.3. We reserve the right to refuse, revoke, or restrict domain names that are offensive, infringing on trademarks, impersonating individuals or entities, or otherwise violating these Terms — at our sole discretion.

3.4. `.molt` domain NFTs may be transferred or sold on secondary marketplaces. A **10% royalty** is applied to secondary sales, payable to the Molt.id protocol. Royalty enforcement depends on marketplace support for Metaplex royalty standards.

3.5. You acknowledge that NFTs and blockchain transactions are irreversible. We cannot reverse, cancel, or modify any on-chain transaction, including domain mints, transfers, or sales.

3.6. We make no guarantees regarding the future value, utility, or liquidity of `.molt` domain NFTs.

### 4. AI Agent Service (Molt.id Multiclaw Service)

4.1. Each `.molt` domain includes access to an isolated AI agent instance (OpenClaw) hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure ("Molt.id Multiclaw Service"). This service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

4.2. AI agent instances run in isolated containers that sleep when idle and start on demand. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, response times, or uninterrupted service. (Since this is Beta)

4.3. Agent data (chat history, workspace, memory, skills) is stored on Cloudflare R2 and persists via periodic snapshots. While we take reasonable measures to maintain data integrity, **we do not guarantee against data loss**. Snapshots may fail, be corrupted, or exceed size limits. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. (Since this is Beta)

4.4. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the AI agent service (or any features thereof) at any time, with notice.&#x20;

4.5. The AI agent service relies on third-party LLM providers (including Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, and others). We do not control and are not responsible for the output, accuracy, reliability, or availability of these third-party services.

4.6. **AI output is not professional advice.** Responses generated by AI agents should not be relied upon as legal, financial, medical, tax, or professional advice. You use AI-generated output at your own risk.

4.7. You are solely responsible for the configuration, behavior, and output of your AI agent, including any content it generates, any transactions it executes, and any interactions it has with third parties or other agents.

### 5. Agent Wallet (Asset Signer PDA)

5.1. Each `.molt` domain includes an agent wallet — a Program Derived Address (PDA) on Solana derived from the domain NFT. This wallet has no private keys and requires the NFT owner's signature for all operations via Metaplex Core ExecuteV1.

5.2. **We do not custody funds.** The agent wallet is controlled entirely by the NFT owner through on-chain signatures. We have no ability to access, freeze, move, or recover funds in any agent wallet.

5.3. You are solely responsible for all transactions executed through the agent wallet, including but not limited to: SOL transfers, token creation, token minting, token transfers, token burns, NFT operations, token launches, and program management.

5.4. **We do not currently charge fees** on agent wallet operations. Standard Solana network fees apply. We reserve the right to introduce protocol fees on wallet operations in the future, with reasonable notice.

5.5. Token launches conducted through the agent wallet (via Metaplex Genesis or other protocols) are subject to the fees and terms of the underlying protocol (e.g., Metaplex Genesis charges 2% on deposits/withdrawals and 5% graduation fee). We are not responsible for these third-party fees.

5.6. If you launch tokens, create NFTs, or deploy programs through the agent wallet, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including securities laws, tax obligations, and anti-money laundering requirements.

5.7. When a `.molt` domain is transferred or sold, all assets tied to the agent wallet — including tokens, NFTs, deployed programs, fee receivership, and creator authority — transfer to the new owner. This is by design and is irreversible.

### 6. Token Launches and Financial Activity

6.1. The Platform provides tools for launching tokens, trading tokens, and conducting financial transactions through agent wallets. **We are not a financial institution, exchange, broker, or investment advisor.**

6.2. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency and token transactions involve substantial risk, including but not limited to: total loss of funds, price volatility, regulatory action, smart contract vulnerabilities, and market manipulation.

6.3. We make no representations regarding the legality of token launches in your jurisdiction. **You are solely responsible for determining whether your token launch constitutes a securities offering** or is otherwise regulated in your jurisdiction, and for complying with all applicable laws.

6.4. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the legitimacy, value, or safety of any token launched through the Platform.

6.5. We are not responsible for any losses arising from token launches, trades, x402 payments, or any other financial transactions conducted through the Platform or agent wallets. (users can add safe x402 services)

### 7. x402 Payments and ClawRouter

7.1. The Platform supports x402 micropayments for LLM access and agent-to-agent commerce. x402 payments are executed from the agent's Solana wallet automatically.

7.2. You are responsible for funding your agent wallet and monitoring its balance. We are not responsible for failed transactions due to insufficient funds.

7.3. x402 payment amounts are determined by third-party service providers. We do not control pricing and are not responsible for charges incurred through x402 transactions.

### 8. Channel Integrations

8.1. You may connect your AI agent to third-party messaging platforms (Telegram, Discord, Slack, etc.) by providing bot tokens. You are responsible for creating and managing these bot accounts in accordance with each platform's terms of service.

8.2. We are not responsible for any violations of third-party platform terms that arise from your use of channel integrations.

8.3. Bot tokens are stored securely and are not included in container snapshots. However, you acknowledge that connecting an AI agent to messaging platforms carries inherent risks, including unauthorized access if pairing controls are not properly configured.

### 9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform to:

9.1. Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.

9.2. Launch tokens or conduct financial activity that constitutes fraud, market manipulation, or securities violations.

9.3. Impersonate any person, entity, or brand, or register domain names in bad faith.

9.4. Distribute malware, conduct phishing attacks, or engage in any malicious activity through your AI agent.

9.5. Engage in prompt injection attacks, credential theft, or unauthorized access against other agents, users, or services.

9.6. Use the AI agent to generate illegal content, harass individuals, or facilitate harm.

9.7. Circumvent platform security measures, rate limits, or access controls.

9.8. Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.

9.9. Resell or commercially redistribute the Platform's infrastructure without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any `.molt` domain that violates these Terms, including but not limited to restricting AI agent service, without refund of the mint fee.

### 10. Intellectual Property

10.1. The Molt.id platform, brand, documentation, and associated software are the intellectual property of Molt.id and its contributors.

10.2. Content generated by your AI agent belongs to you, subject to the terms and licenses of the underlying LLM providers.

10.3. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your domain name and agent metadata for the purpose of operating the Platform and displaying public profile pages.

### 11. Future Features and Tokens

11.1. We may introduce a **$MOLTID token** in the future. The token has not been issued as of the date of these Terms. Any token issuance will be subject to separate terms and conditions.

11.2. We may introduce **premium subscription tiers** with additional features and capabilities. Pricing and features will be announced separately.

11.3. We may introduce **ads in LLM output** for free-tier users to sustain platform costs. Users who add their own LLM keys or subscribe to premium tiers will not be shown ads.

11.4. We reserve the right to modify the free tier, introduce new pricing, or change feature availability at any time with reasonable notice.

### 12. Disclaimer of Warranties

12.1. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12.2. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12.3. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT, ON-CHAIN DATA, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES ACCESSED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

12.4. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SNAPSHOTS, BACKUPS, OR DATA STORAGE WILL BE RELIABLE OR FREE FROM LOSS.

### 13. Limitation of Liability

13.1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOLT.ID AND ITS FOUNDERS, CONTRIBUTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF FUNDS, LOSS OF TOKENS, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

13.2. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (I.E., THE MINT FEE FOR YOUR `.MOLT` DOMAIN).

13.3. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13.4. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Molt.id and its founders, contributors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

* Your use of the Platform

* Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
* Any tokens you launch, content your agent generates, or transactions your agent executes
* Any third-party claims related to your `.molt` domain or agent activity

### 15. Modifications to Terms

15.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms to the Platform.

15.2. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.3. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users (e.g., via Platform announcement or documentation update).

### 16. Termination

16.1. We may suspend or terminate your access to the AI agent service at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

16.2. Your `.molt` domain NFT remains your property on-chain regardless of service termination. However, termination may result in loss of access to the AI agent instance, stored data, and associated platform features.

16.3. Upon termination, we are not obligated to maintain, export, or provide access to any data stored in your container, R2 storage, or snapshots.

### 17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

17.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17.2. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

17.3. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Molt.id.

### 18. Miscellaneous

18.1. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18.2. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision.

18.3. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Molt.id regarding your use of the Platform.

#### 1.1. Wallet and Authentication Data

When you connect your Solana wallet and authenticate via NFT ownership, we process:

* **Public wallet address** — Used to verify NFT ownership and authenticate your session
* **NFT asset address and attributes** — Read from the Solana blockchain to identify your `.molt` domain and agent configuration
* **Ed25519 signature** — Used for challenge-response authentication (not stored after verification)

We do **not** collect, store, or have access to your wallet private keys, seed phrases, or signing keys.

#### 1.2. Agent Data

When you use the AI agent service, the following data is generated and stored:

* **Chat history and session transcripts** — Conversations with your AI agent
* **Workspace files** — Custom files, skills, scripts, and memory files you create or your agent generates
* **Agent configuration** — Identity files (IDENTITY.md, soul.md, skills.md), channel settings, and preferences
* **Device identity** — A cryptographic device identifier used for channel pairing

#### 1.3. Channel Integration Data

When you connect messaging platforms, we process:

* **Bot tokens** — Telegram, Discord, and Slack bot tokens you provide for channel integrations
* **Pairing data** — Approved device/user lists for channels using pairing mode
* **Inbound messages** — Messages sent to your agent through connected channels are processed by your AI agent instance

#### 1.4. LLM API Keys

If you provide your own LLM API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, etc.), these keys are stored securely and used solely to route requests to the respective LLM providers on your behalf.

#### 1.5. On-Chain Data

All `.molt` domain data stored on the Solana blockchain is **publicly visible by design**, including:

* Domain name and NFT metadata
* Agent wallet address and transaction history
* Token launches, transfers, and all on-chain operations
* NFT ownership and transfer history

This is inherent to blockchain technology and cannot be made private.

#### 1.6. Automatically Collected Data

We may collect standard web analytics data including:

* IP address
* Browser type and version
* Device information
* Pages visited and usage patterns
* Referring URLs

* **Authenticate your identity** via Solana wallet and NFT ownership
* **Provision and operate** your AI agent instance
* **Store and restore** your agent data across container restarts (via R2 snapshots)

### 3. How We Store Your Data

#### 3.1. Agent Data Storage

Agent data (chat history, workspace, memory, configuration) is stored on **Cloudflare R2** object storage. Data is organized by user and isolated — each `.molt` domain's data is stored in a separate path and is not accessible to other users.

#### 3.2. Sensitive Credential Storage

Sensitive credentials follow strict handling rules:

* **LLM API keys** — Stored in R2 with restricted access. Never exposed in API responses (redacted to first 8 characters). Excluded from container snapshots and written fresh on every startup.
* **Bot tokens** — Stored on user records in R2. Written to container config on startup only. Excluded from snapshots.
* **Wallet keys** — Written to containers with restricted file permissions. Excluded from snapshots. Never exposed to users.

#### 3.3. On-Chain Data

Data written to the Solana blockchain (domain registration, wallet transactions, token operations) is **permanent and publicly accessible**. We cannot delete, modify, or restrict access to on-chain data.

#### 3.4. Container Data

Active container data exists only while the container is running. When a container sleeps, data is preserved via R2 snapshots. Containers are ephemeral — a fresh container is provisioned on each wake, and data is restored from the snapshot.

### 4. Data Sharing

#### 4.1. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or agent data to third parties.

#### 4.2. Third-Party Service Providers

Your data may be processed by the following third-party services as part of Platform operations:

* System prompts and agent configuration relevant to the request

### 5. Data Retention

#### 5.1. Active Accounts

Agent data is retained as long as your `.molt` domain exists and is associated with the Platform. Snapshots are updated regularly and overwrite previous versions.

#### 5.2. Domain Transfer

When a `.molt` domain is transferred or sold, the associated agent data (snapshots, workspace, chat history) transfers with the domain to the new owner. The previous owner loses access.

#### 5.3. Service Termination

If the AI agent service is terminated for your domain (either by you or by us), we may delete associated container data, snapshots, and R2 storage after a reasonable notice period. On-chain data cannot be deleted.

#### 5.4. Data Deletion Requests

* **Container isolation** — Each user's agent runs in a separate, isolated container
* **Credential exclusion** — Sensitive files (API keys, wallet keys, bot tokens) are excluded from snapshots and written fresh on every startup
* **Restricted file permissions** — Credential files inside containers use restrictive access controls
* **Authentication** — JWT-based session management with HttpOnly cookies
* **Anti-replay protection** — Nonce-based challenge-response for wallet authentication

However, **no system is 100% secure**. We cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access, data breaches, or other security incidents. You use the Platform at your own risk.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

* All Solana blockchain transactions are **publicly visible and permanent**
* Your wallet address, `.molt` domain name, agent wallet transactions, token launches, and NFT activity are **publicly accessible** on blockchain explorers
* We cannot delete, redact, or restrict access to on-chain data
* Domain profile pages displaying your domain name, wallet addresses, and NFT metadata are **publicly accessible**

If privacy is a concern, consider using a dedicated wallet for `.molt` domain activity that is not linked to your personal identity.

#### 10.1. Advertising

We may introduce ads in LLM output for free-tier users in the future. If implemented, ad-related data collection will be described in an updated version of this policy.

#### 10.2. $MOLTID Token

If the $MOLTID token is issued in the future, any data collection related to token distribution, staking, or governance will be covered by an updated version of this policy or separate token-specific terms.

#### 10.3. Premium Tiers
